Placing your order
When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the cart icon in the top right corner. There you can review your items and adjust quantities if needed.
If everything looks correct, click “Checkout” and enter your information on our simple and secure checkout page.
Important: Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations are usually no longer possible because processing begins immediately to ensure fast shipping.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking.
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that tracking information may take a short time to update.
Delivery times
All orders are processed automatically immediately after confirmation to ensure fast delivery.
All items ship from our central warehouse.
The average delivery time is 8–12 business days depending on your location.
Missed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, your package will be held for up to 7 days at the carrier’s distribution center.
The courier will usually leave a notice with instructions for pickup.
If you do not receive a notice, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@rosiejewellery.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
While we always try to help, changes may no longer be possible once the order has entered processing.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us within 14 days. The shipping carrier will open an investigation and we will keep you informed throughout the process. In some cases, we may offer a replacement item, but this will always be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
